MISSY MOOSE FARMER, JOURNEY DANCE GUIDE

With a background in creating and facilitating programing for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston for over 7 years, Missy strives to create space for individuals of all ages to grow to their fullest potential. She was involved in Kripalu’s intensive Volunteer program where she deepened her practice in yoga and mindfulness and fell in love with qigong and Journey Dance. After Kripalu, she became a certified Journey Dance Guide and has since been leading events in and around Boston and now northern New Jersey. In her personal time, she enjoys hiking, dancing, being creative, and training with her pup.

NATASHA GAYL​, RYT 200

Natasha is a Boston-based RYT 200 yoga teacher and health coach. She grew up in Andover, MA and moved to Boston in 2010 to study design at Boston Architectural College. Natasha graduated from The BAC with a degree in sustainable design in 2014, studied Chinese herbal medicine at Clearpath Herbals and was an assistant to Emily Cohen Acupuncture in Northmpaton, MA. Natasha has always been interested in the effect that food, herbs, and exercise have on the human body. Personal/global health and design have had a big impact on her life and she is excited to share her light within her community. ALEXIS MALATESTA​, RYT 200

Alexis believes that yoga is a truly personal and unique experience for each individual. Over the last 10 years, yoga has allowed her to transform her inner and outer reality and tap into her "true nature." Alexis strives to hold space for every student so they can compassionately and curiously rediscover themselves. She is convinced that the joyful, carefree 5 year old you is still inside- waiting to be remembered ; ) In her free time Alexis loves to go with the flow and is always up for an adventure! She enjoys seeing live music, trying out new yoga studios and doing anything outdoors, especially when it's on a beach!

MAREN BHAGAT​, RYT 200

Maren Bhagat is a program coordinator at an international women's rights organization, a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, a Reiki I practitioner, and recently completed a 40-hour hands-on home herbalist course. She has a background in biology and environmental conservation, and is most at ease when immersed in nature. Other passions include seeing live music, cooking nourishing vegetarian and gluten free food, and curling up with a cup of tea and a good book.
